Located in the heart of the Borne district, this flat gives you the opportunity to enjoy yourself from a stay in the most fascinating area in Barcelona. Full up of the most fashion shops, cafes and restaurants in the city, you can also find amazing places to visit as, for example, the Santa Maria del Mar Church (a XIV century gothic church) as well as medieval palaces built in this historical neighbourhood. The apartment has 75 square meters and is prepared to lodge, with absolute comfort, up to 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (a big one with a bath and a little one), and a spacious kitchen - living room space with a balcony from which one could enjoy the views of the nice square where the flat is located. Although it is quite complicated to find a completely new building in this old district, this flat is part of a new one (finished on July 2003), so it has elevator. Stylishly furnished, the flat has been carefully decorated to ensure that your stay will be very pleasant. It has heating and air conditioning. On the other hand, it is fully equipped with all domestic appliances as washing machine, clothes-dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, iron, ironing board, TV, hair-drying, etc. It also has baby cot and Internet (Wifi). If your plans are spending a few days in Barcelona on holidays or for business and you would like to immerse yourself in the Barcelona way of life, don’t hesitate to come and spend a few days living in the most in vogue district of the city, a district full of art galleries, fashion shops, cool cafes and nice restaurants...A district full of life.
