Must-know information for guests at this property

Please note that check-in takes place at the reception at Carrer Sant Père Màrtir, 15. The reception is open from 09:30 to 20:30 every day. If guests arrive before 15:00, they can leave their baggage there until the apartment is ready.

If you expect to arrive between 20:30 and 22:00, you must let the property know in advance, using the contact details on the booking confirmation. Check-in after 22:00 is not possible.

A refundable deposit of EUR 200 will be collected upon check-in for incidental charges. Please note that for the Four-Bedroom Apartment - Bonavista, the deposit is EUR 300.

A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
