I will definitely stay at this hotel again. In a very good spot on a piazza close to 3 vaporetto stations in a central part of Venice. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was very good. The shower was the best I have had in Italy so far. There is nothing I didn't like. The decor was a bit wild but even that was cool and totally suited to Venice. The square it was in had lots of eating and drinking options but never felt crowded which is rare for Venice.

Location was perfect for the stay, and the surrounding is calm. The staff were helpful, and they ensure to reply to any demand you ask so you have a wonderful stay. The room was big enough for a short stay. The cleaning was done perfectly. The breakfast is simple.

I loved this charming little hotel! I stayed on the 5th floor and the elevator was fast and efficient! The room was so lovely and charming. From the wallpaper to the antique mirrors, I can’t say enough good things about it. The bathroom was incredible and updated. I loved the rain shower head so much! It was close to the water bus station and very close to all the main attractions. The staff was so lovely and helpful, I would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

Breakfast buffet was fabulous and more than we could eat. A great way to get your tummy full before heading out on a day of touring. We took our plates to the front of the hotel and sat in the square to enjoy the full view of the square and the people walking by. We were attending the opera while visiting Venice and I had requested an iron for our full length gowns. It arrived promptly and in good working order. The rooms are elegant and beautifully appointed. Our room had gorgeous cranberry damask fabric as wallpaper with museum quality oil paintings. On our departure day, our receptionist alerted us that the water taxis were on strike that day and we would have to walk to the train station. Thank goodness she informed us, as we would have missed our train to Lake Como. We left earlier and did make it on time for our train thanks to the fore thought of our hotel associate. Location was very convenient also.

The hotel is a very cute, old boutique hotel. We loved the room, although small, was so cute and nice. Also very clean! Very small elevator but we understand it’s an old building. The location itself is located in a square with sidewalk cafes and lots of activity.
