This hotel gives you real authentic and Moroccan experience with beautiful local interior design, friendly and professional staff and clean environment. They are welcoming you with Morocco tea and sweets and helping you in anyway to feel comfortable and safe. Location is central and amazing and close to every tourist site. Riad Herougui is part of the larger Riad Karmela, and the staff was excellent and very friendly. Upon arrival, book a taxi transfer through Riad Karmela as the taxi is not able to reach the hotel entrance, so they drop you off at 300m from the hotel, but the staff comes over and picks you up. Riad Herougui is 50m next to Riad Karmela, is very small (I think like 6 rooms or so) but has a nice (private) roof terrace and small (private) pool, which is excellent after a busy walking trip through Marrakesh. Rooms are clean and Moroccan boutique style. It is really nice & quite... For breakfast (& dinner, reception, spa & massage) you go to Riad Karmela.

Absolutely perfect! Beautifully decorated very peaceful Riad with just 5 rooms, a deep plunge pool and stunning roof terrace with 360 degree views across the city. The buffet breakfast at nearby Riad Karmela was a exceptionally good with a huge variety of freshly prepared food to choose from. Felt like the best of both worlds, having the peace of our beautiful Riad and the facilities of larger Karmela.

We had an amazing time at Riad Herougui (part of Riad Karmela). Quiet, private and tidy place, with a great pool and a wonderful terrace - just what you need to rest after a walk in the busy Medina. The riad in itself is gorgeous and (unlike others we have seen) very tastefully decorated. The breakfast is good and the staff is very attentive and kind. We hope to come back one day!

Il riad è in un edificio affascinante e tranquillo, un edificio separato rispetto a quello dove c’è la reception e la sala colazione. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile e il cibo ottimo. Posizione perfetta, non nel caos del souq ma a 5-10 min dalle zone più battute e dalla piazza principale. Le stanze sono pulite.
